# corporate structure & role framework

## NAMING CONVENTION

| Level   | Title Format                         | Example                                   |

**Flow: Executive Council → Group Partner → Assistant Group Partner → Director → Partner → Fellow**

### Templates for future roles:

* New division head: **Group Partner, \[Division Name]**
* New department head: **Director of \[Department]**
* New team manager: **Partner, \[Specialty]**
* New team member: **Fellow, \[Specialty]**
* Senior specialist: **Senior Fellow, \[Specialty]**

**Rule:** Always format as \[Title], \[Specialty] — never reverse the order, never use VP / Head / Chief outside the Executive Council.
