### Example Structure: Educator Affairs

* **Group Partner**: Leads division level academic direction.
* **Assistant Group Partner**: Coordinates execution and communication across leadership layers.
* **Director**: Leads subject vertical strategy.
* **Subject Partner**: Manages subject teams and educator performance.
* **Fellow**: Delivers subject level teaching and academic interaction.

* **Senior Roles**: Focus on strategy and leadership.
