**Website Hosting:**

* ibbe.in is hosted on AWS Amplify in the Mumbai (Asia Pacific) region
* Other websites are hosted on Vercel, a cloud hosting platform
* We plan to migrate certain services to Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) in the Mumbai region for enhanced control and security
* All platforms implement industry-standard security measures including encryption and access controls

**Aadhaar Card Documents:**

* Stored on Amazon S3 (Simple Storage Service) in the Mumbai (Asia Pacific) region in secure, encrypted buckets
* Access is restricted through time-limited signed URLs that expire after 15 minutes
* Access logs are maintained for security monitoring
* Only authorized personnel can access these documents through secure authentication

**Resumes and CVs:**

* Stored on Amazon S3 in the Mumbai (Asia Pacific) region in secure buckets
* Protected through access controls and encryption
* Accessible only to authorized recruitment personnel
* Retained for the duration specified in Section 8

**Profile Photographs:**

* Stored on Bunny.net content delivery network
* Used for employee identification card generation
* Protected through secure access protocols
* Retained for the duration of your profile or employment relationship

**Link Analytics Data:**

* Stored on secure servers with access controls
* Aggregated and analyzed to provide performance insights
* Protected through encryption and authentication mechanisms

### 7.2 Security Measures

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information:

* Encryption for data transmission (SSL/TLS)
* Encryption for data at rest
* Access controls and authentication mechanisms
* Time-limited access to sensitive documents

For jobs.ibbe.in users, we require periodic re-verification of identity documents every 3 months (quarterly). You will receive notifications when re-verification is due, and you may be required to upload fresh copies of identity documents.

### 8.1 Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platforms, including:

* Vercel – for website hosting infrastructure
* Resend – for email delivery services (transactional emails, service updates, and newsletters)
* Other hosting and infrastructure providers – for website operations and performance
  These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.

### 8.2 Subsidiaries and Affiliated Entities

As a parent company, ibbe & co Private Limited may share information with its subsidiaries for operational, administrative, and service delivery purposes. All subsidiaries adhere to the same privacy standards outlined in this policy.

### 8.3 Email Communications

We use Resend as our email service provider to deliver:

* Newsletter subscriptions and content updates
* Waitlist updates and service announcements
* Job application confirmations and recruitment communications
* Account notifications and password reset emails
* Administrative messages and system updates
  Your email address and related communication data are shared with Resend solely for the purpose of delivering these messages. Resend is bound by its own privacy policy and data processing agreements.

  * Active applications: Retained while your profile is active or until the position is filled
  * Resumes and CVs: Retained for up to 3 years from last application or as required by law
  * Aadhaar card copies: Retained for the duration of active applications plus 3 months, or as required by employment law
  * Profile photographs: Retained while your profile is active and during any period of employment
  * Unsuccessful applications: Retained for up to 1 year unless you request earlier deletion
* Employee records: If hired, employment records are retained in accordance with applicable labor laws and company policy

### 9.2 Deletion

When information is deleted, it is removed from active databases. Residual copies in backup systems are deleted during routine backup cycles (typically within 90 days).
You may request deletion of your profile and associated data from jobs.ibbe.in at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.

## 10. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:
