### Section 6: The Checklist

**Purpose:** a final sanity check.

Before you press send, ask:

1. is it human? (would i say this to a friend?)
2. is it positive? (did i avoid all negative words?)
3. is it simple? (did i remove the corporate fluff?)
4. is it lowercase?
5. does the user feel valued?
