III. Organizational Structure

1. Governance Chain

Co-Founders → Founding Partners → Board-Level Chiefs → Division Chiefs → Directors → Program Managers → Officers & Coordinators Each tier holds defined powers and is held accountable by the one above. No decision floats without chain-of-command responsibility.

2. Co-Founders

  • Om Rajguru – Co-Founder & President Defines the organization’s long-term vision, philosophy, and product standards. Every strategic direction must align with this origin point.
  • Anzilah Dhalait – Co-Founder & Vice President, People & Culture Architect of IBBE’s internal structure, people systems, and ethical culture. Oversees hiring, onboarding, and internal investigations.

3. Founding Partners

Founding Partners are the only two individuals appointed directly under the Co-Founders with structural authority across all domains.
  • Swayam Bharadwaj – Founding Team Member & Program Manager Responsible for cross-team program alignment and operational rollout.
  • Varun Deshpande – Founding Team Member, Product & Brand Leads product direction and creative integrity of the IBBE ecosystem.
Founding Partners are above Board-Level Chiefs, involved in policy review, cluster validation, and philosophical enforcement.

4. Board-Level Chiefs

Each Board-Level Chief governs a vertical such as Finance, People & Culture, Operations, or Relations. They translate vision into scaled execution and supervise Division Chiefs.

5. Division Chiefs

Division Chiefs manage execution within their assigned domain. They supervise Directors, track KPIs, and report deviations upward.

6. Directors

  • Vedanti Patil – Director, Social & Community Marketing Oversees digital presence, campaign strategy.
  • Arna Bagalkar – Director, Strategic Relations Manages external partnerships, institutional outreach, and PR alignments, public communication.
Directors are senior operators responsible for execution-level decisions and inter-department flow.

7. Program Managers

  • Swayam Bharadwaj also functions here with an operational lens.
Program Managers manage internal rollouts, oversee deadlines, and ensure precision in delivery.

8. Officers & Coordinators

  • Officers handle specific domains like Design, HR, Legal, CSR, Finance.
  • Coordinators are appointed within clubs, events, and clusters for local leadership.
They must uphold IBBE’s two-hour response culture and document every critical action.

9. Divisions and Units

a. People & Culture Division

Trains new officers, enforces hiring standards, and maintains compliance logs.

b. Corporate Relations Division

Handles MoUs, CSR programs, school partnerships, and sponsor onboarding.

c. Marketing & Community Division

Leads branding, storytelling, and brand-wide culture campaigns.

d. Finance Division

Controls budgets, stipend disbursal, partner invoices, and fund audits.

e. Ethics & Compliance Unit

Reviews violations, enforces staged discipline, and manages appeals.

f. Brand Integrity Unit

Validates visuals, messaging, campaign structure, and AI content bans.

10. Trustee Framework

Each cluster operates under a Regional Trustee Body that:
  • Verifies cluster creation and elections
  • Resolves breakdowns or leadership vacuums
  • Temporarily governs during ethical crisis or collapse
Trustees report directly to the central team and ensure every cluster upholds IBBE’s conduct policies.
