- Preferred terms:
- student (personal and respectful)
- standard (implies quality)
- invest (implies future return)
- guide (implies help)
- Banned list:
- Negatives: no, not, never, can’t, won’t, don’t, shouldn’t, nothing, etc.
- Corporate jargon: synergy, leverage, embark, utilize, facilitate.
- Urgent sales: hurry, blast, cheap, deal.
