Question Types Used

  1. Short Text: Used for concise reasoning or philosophy questions.
  2. Long Text: Used for structured explanation and decision making scenarios.
  3. Yes or No: Used to identify experience or exposure.
  4. Dropdown or Multiple Choice: Used to identify behavioral tendencies or leadership orientation.
  5. File Upload: Used when the role requires demonstration such as presentations or video introductions.
