Step-by-Step Verification

Role Structure

  • Role title matches the official organizational hierarchy
  • Division name is clearly stated
  • Reporting structure is defined in Important Information
  • Scope of responsibility is clearly written

Content Quality

  • Short summary contains two to three clear sentences
  • Full overview explains the role in three to five paragraphs
  • Responsibilities are grouped under logical headings
  • Each responsibility begins with an action word

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualifications list baseline capabilities
  • Preferred qualifications describe value added experience
  • Qualifications align with the seniority of the role

Writing Standards

  • Language is simple and natural
  • Tone is professional and structured
  • No decorative language is used
  • No em dashes appear in the text
  • Bullet points are clear and concise

Application Form

  • Form contains six to eight questions
  • Questions evaluate thinking rather than memorized knowledge
  • Word limits are clearly stated in helper text
  • Question types are used appropriately

Final Review

  • Responsibilities match the authority level of the role
  • Language remains consistent across sections
  • Formatting is clean and easy to read
