When reviewing responses, evaluators should look for the following qualities.

Core Qualities

  1. Clarity: Does the candidate communicate ideas clearly and directly.
  2. Judgment: Does the candidate demonstrate balanced and thoughtful decision making.
  3. Ownership: Does the candidate demonstrate responsibility for outcomes.
  4. Structure: Does the candidate organize ideas logically.
  5. Leadership Mindset: Does the candidate focus on systems and team performance rather than personal credit.
  6. Consistency: Do answers align across different questions.
